Freesky Canada Shipping Policy:
(For orders placed on freeskyebike.ca)

If you are in Vancouver, you can visit our corporate warehouse store to test ride and even buy assembled E-Bikes.

At Freesky Canada, we are dedicated to getting your new E-Bike to you quickly and safely so you can start your adventure. This policy applies to all orders delivered within Canada.

Important Notice: We currently do not ship internationally from this website. Our services are focused exclusively on the Canadian market. If you are located outside of Canada and have inquiries, please contact us for more information.


1. Shipping Destinations & Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all E-Bike orders within the 10 Canadian provinces.

Shipping Areas:

  • Provinces Covered: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
  • Excluded Territories: We currently do not provide standard shipping to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon.
  • No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.

Remote Areas: Orders shipped to exceptionally remote or special access areas within the provinces may incur additional shipping fees. Freesky Canada reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be safely or reasonably delivered by our carriers.


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Processing Time:
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days, unless a specific lead time is noted on the product page. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 2 business days of dispatch.

Carriers & Transit:
Our primary carrier is FedEx Canada, though we may use other reputable carriers depending on your specific location and warehouse availability.

  • Tracking Activation: It may take 24–48 hours for your tracking number to show active scans.
  • Delivery Window: Most deliveries take between 2–10 business days once they leave our warehouse.

Note: Shipping times are estimates. Factors such as extreme weather, holidays, or carrier volume may affect actual delivery dates.


3. Pre-orders & Backorders

For items marked as pre-order or backorder, please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product page. While we strive to meet these dates, production or global logistics factors may cause shifts. We will notify you via email if a significant delay occurs.


4. Equipment & Accessories Shipping

Equipment (including parts, electrical components, and accessories) is usually shipped from our Canadian or North American warehouses.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–10 business days.
  • Factory Direct: If an item is unavailable locally, it may ship directly from our factory. This typically takes approximately 2 weeks.
  • Customs/Duties: For any items arriving from outside Canada, any applicable import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Equipment Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $140 CAD: $30 CAD shipping fee.
  • Orders $140.01 CAD and over: FREE SHIPPING.

5. Shipping Changes & Cancellations

Before Shipping:

  • Cancellations: No fee if cancelled before the order enters the shipping process.
  • Address/Model Changes: Free of charge if requested before dispatch.

After Shipping (Tracking Number Generated):

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel after the bike has shipped, a $200 CAD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund ($250 CAD during peak holiday season, Oct–Dec). This covers the high cost of outbound and return freight for large E-Bike boxes.
  • Address Change: Changes made after dispatch incur a $20 CAD carrier rerouting fee.
  • Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused without prior authorization, the $250 CAD shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order status directly through your Freesky Canada Account. If you checked out as a guest, use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

For support regarding your shipment, contact support@freeskyebike.ca. We typically respond within 24 hours.


7. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

Shipping Damage:
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If damage is found:

  • Contact support@freeskyebike.ca within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and the product.
  • Note: Free promotional equipment or accessories are not eligible for replacement if they sustain minor cosmetic scratches during transit.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages:
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  • Contact us within 3 business days.
  • After this window, we cannot file a claim with the carrier, and you must contact them directly.
  • Liability: Once a package is confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier to the correct address, Freesky Canada is no longer responsible for theft or loss. We recommend being present for delivery or using a secure delivery address.

  • Delivery methods may vary during major promotional events or peak seasons.
  • Freesky Canada reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in carrier rates or services.
  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. Freesky Canada is not responsible for delays or lost items caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
